(Archived) Conflicting changes on laptop and it will not show on Android phone

I have a two-fold issue. First one of my notes shows in the "Conflicting Changes" list. I cannot find any info via forums as to what this is, why it happened and how to fix it. Also the note does no longer show on my Android phone. I have submitted 3 tickets in the past month about this and received no replies.

The Windows client puts one of the notes in a local/non-synced notebook, that's why that one will not show up on your Android device.

 

Please post your three ticket numbers.  If something fell through the cracks, I'm sure Evernote would like to find out why.
