Raphael 0
Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to aggregate same tags from different notebooks shared in the left column instead of seeing them twice ? Thank you,Raphael Link to comment

Raphael 0
Yes exactly or tags of someone shared notebook which match tags of some else. Just to eliminate twins in the folder which gathers all tags in the left column. I'm using the free version for windows. Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted March 19, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted March 19, 2013 OK, I see now. The current Windows client (4.6.3.8096) considers identically named tags from different accounts to be different. That's evidently intentional. The tag tree distinguishes between identical tag names by appending the name of the tag's owner (if it's not the current accounts) after the tag name, in parentheses. For example, I have two accounts, one free, and one premium, and have a notebook that's shared from the premium account to the free account, and each of them has a tag "_Todo". When I sign into the free account, I see two _Todo tags:_Todo_Todo (jeff) I think that the reason for this is because you're not allowed to delete a tag from some other account, while you can manipulate tags from your own account. There may be other reasons. I admit that this is somewhat confusing. Link to comment
