(Archived) Typo on Username

Hey.

 

There was a typo on my username when I first signed up for Evernote. Which wasn't ever a problem because I only used it on my Kindle and therefore never needed to log in, however after the system reset, I couldn't log in because the username linked to my account had the typo that I cannot recall exactly. Therefore when I go to password reset, it will not send the email to a real email account, due to the aforementioned typo.

 

 

I had to create a new account to post this.

 

I have not found any channel to contact Evernote support. There are scores of documents that I need access to on that account, but I can't remember the precise username. I do remember the old password, but if it triggered a reset, I won't have that either.

 

What is the best way to go about getting this resolved?
