guscjf 16 Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 Hello. It's the first time visiting here. I tried to search but didn't find any posts relevant to this issue. The thing is, I purchased the annual premium 31st Oct, last year. Strangely, Evernote webpage is showing me that my account is not a premium one even though it's been just 5 months since the purchase. I noticed this matter about 6 hours ago and sent a ticket to the customer service. I wondering if it's just me experiencing this strange issue.
