(Archived) Outlook Clipping Pop Up now allows me to save items to Shared Noteboks

This seems odd to me. I only share with three notebooks, all of them large public notebooks, 

 

I can now clip an item in Outlook and chose one of those shared notebooks as the location. 

 

I've checked, it does show up in that notebook at least in my local account and I can delete it. 

 

Is this an intend action? I don't much like it; it is too easy to accidentally put something in a public notebook. 

 

Or does it show up only in my version of the shared notebook?

 

My chrome add in continues to only show my own notebooks as places to put clips.
