(Archived) Only new or updated notes in Spotlight

I have followed all the instructions in the forum to get my notes showing in Spotlight (installed the latest non-store version and reindexed spotlight).

And this almost works... The remaining problem is that only new or updated notes are shown in search results.

How can I enforce reindex of all notes? I have tried full spotlight reindex (sudo mdutil -E /), no luck.

Hi. Welcome to the forums. You've tried everything that I would have suggested! Maybe, you could go into your Preferences > Spotlight > Privacy, drag your drive into the field (the one with Evernote on it), turn off your computer, restart, and delete your drive from the Privacy field. This should tell Spotlight to re-index it. However, as I understand it, this is just like sudo mdutil -E/. Nevertheless, it is worth a shot!

 

I'd recommend contacting customer support (see the link in my signature) to see if they can help you out with it. Hopefully, in the meantime, some other users will have ideas for how to solve this problem.
