(Archived) Clipper randomly doesn't work in Chrome

When I hit the Chrome Webclipper add-on next to the URL window, sometimes it works and sometimes I get a big red exclamation mark.  I'm on Chrome Version 24.0.1312.57 and I just downloaded the Webclipper last night.
