Kristy Ann 0
Hello, I recently purchased a Fujitsu ScanSnap iX500. I have been having issues with scanning multiple page documents to Evernote. Generally, 1 page documents upload to Evernote as expected; however, multipage documents result in the dreaded "Failed to startup Evernote for Mac" error. I have followed two suggestions posted elsewhere in the forums about this topic. I have reinstalled both Evernote (direct from evernote.com) and the ScanSnap software. The save location for ScanSnap was preset to a place within my Pictures folder. Does anyone have a suggestion? I am feeling foolish for spending the money for the scanner. Thanks. Link to comment
LC2 0
I just got an ix500. Are you scanning to jpeg or pdf? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,066 Posted April 3, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted April 3, 2013 Don't know if this is relevant, but I found scanning multi-page documents to Evernote could be a problem in Windows with an S1500 because the scanner creates a file immediately the scan commences which prompts Evernote to try to add it to a note. The Scanner won't play because it's still adding pages, and confusion ensues. Link to comment
