B.B. 0
Hello. I have an existing evernote acct. that I use on my laptop and desktop. I am able to clip pdf's on both. I have since purchased a new macbook pro and I am not able to clip any pdf's after installing evernote web clipper. Suggestions? Link to comment
jbignert 473
The best suggestion I have is to try installing Adobe Reader, restart Safari and try PDF clipping again. Technically it should work just fine without AR installed but we've seen some configurations failing even so. Link to comment
BDB 1
I am not sure what adobe did but with last adobe download 6 months ago it disabled preview from working when I was viewing a pdf. Saving a pdf from preview to evernote was so simple. Then when adobe highjacked my system I had to download pdf to dropbox to then put it into preview then save to evernote. I was thrilled when i saw you came up with way to save from adobe to evernote. I just downloaded the new clipper which will clip a pdf but it does not work. Also it takes forever for evernote to start up. I have been using evernote since it was born. However it's becoming a chore now to use it. So sad Link to comment
