Requested Feature: Being Able To Add Tags When Clipping A Selection

I have Evernote Web Clipper version 5.9.7. I love the fact that you can add tags without having to go to the desktop application when you click on the Web Clipper Extension Button on Chrome. 

 

The thing is I often use the 'Clip selection' option (highlight a part of the page, right click, 'Evernote Web Clipper' > 'Clip selection'). When I do that though, Web Clipper doesn't allow me to add tags on the go, which means I have to open the note in Evernote to add tags. It's really annoying. It'll be great to be able to add tags in Chrome, like when you clip an article or a full page.

You can do this if you make a selection and then click the toolbar icon and bring up the popup UI where tags and notebooks selections are available.
