(Archived) Auto hyperlinking every time a word is used

Is it possible to set up Evernote to automatically hyperlink a word to a web page every time it is typed? I basically want to hyperlink a massive differential diagnoses list spread across a couple dozen notes to pages in the online Merck Vet Manual.  So for example, every time Giardia is mentioned, it would link to a web page on Giardia...setting up the links one by one will make this take an unbearably long time.

No Evernote client that I know of does anything like this. You might try checking the Trunk for third-party applications.

This is just a quick question as I have a solution in mind that may not be the solution you are looking for.

Is the link to the webpage the same or you use different link each time you used same word?
