(Archived) Sharing an entire account with all notebooks and notes?

Is there a way to share all of my notebooks and notes so someone else can access it on the web and view it exactly the way I see it with the options of clicking on different notebooks and notes?

Only if you give your colleague  your user name and password - then they'll see exactly what you see.  There's a small but real possibility that you'll both edit the account at the same time,  so look out for "conflicting changes" when the system can't tell which is the correct and current version of a note.
