(Archived) Adding Evernote as a Desktop Icon and re-installing in Outlook

I was just issued a new laptop and am now having problems setting up Evernote on my desktop.  With the previous laptop I could clip email from outlook and drop it into Evernote and just click on Evernote from my desktop to add photos, lists, etc...Now I'm logging in everytime and the Evernote icon is gone from my outlook account.
