(Archived) How to Uninstall App AND the notebook data

I am NEW to the Mac world (PC user for years) and I wanted to un-install the Evernote app after I saw that it downloaded all of my notebooks.  I'd rather just stick with the cloud version.  

 

Where are the Notebook files/data stored on the Mac -- and how can I get to them to delete?
