Need a larger canvas

I don't think this is platform-specific. Is there a way to frame a Skitch capture in the middle of white space? I'd like to have my annotation text outside the Skitch capture and then use a pointer to the specific item I am talking about. It appears I can only annotate inside of the Skitch capture. Help?

@DavidC - Currently only Skitch Android can do this. We're looking into how to bring this functionality to all of our Skitch platforms.

It's one of the main reasons I don't switch from version 1, which has an easy way of enlarging the canvas.

If you are on a Mac, there's a free app called "backdrop" (look in MacUpdate) that provides a blank canvas in your choice of color that you can activate before doing your screenshot. This is not nearly as convenient as using Snitch 1.x, but if you are stuck with 2.x...
