JohnGB 0
I have been using Web Clipper for a while without any problems, but recently I went into Evernote to see some items that I have clipped and I see that they aren't there. They aren't in my desktop client after synchronising or the web client. The problem is that Web Clipper doesn't bring up any error, and appears to have worked correctly. I just tested it again with an image, and it isn't actually saving anything to web clipper. I have double checked destination notebook, and it isn't there (or in any notebooks for that matter). Does anyone know what the problem with this is? Link to comment
jbignert 473
Need to know a bit more details. - OS version- Browser version- Clipper version (right click toolbar icon and choose options or manage extensions) One thing to verify also is that you are logged into the Clipper with the same account you expect the notes to be filed into. JohnGB 0
I am using Chrome 24.0.1312.57 on Mountain Lion. I removed the old clipper and installed whichever is the newer one, so I can't comment on which version it was. I only have one Evernote account, so it couldn't be an account mismatch. After removing the old one, and installing the newer clipper, it seems to be working okay. The only thing that I can think of was that I cleared my cookies about two weeks ago, and it seems to be all my clippings since then that haven't worked. So you may want to try that and see if it reproduces the bug. Link to comment
jbignert 473
Thx John, good to hear it is back to a working state. Will see if it reproduces with the steps you outlined. Thx for the details. Link to comment
