(Archived) How to download my Evernote files back to my computer after reinstalling WinXP

Just curious if anybody can tell me the procedure for re-downloading all my Evernote notes back onto my computer (so that I have a local copy) after I reinstall Windows, which I will be doing next week. Thanks.

If you don't have any unsync'd notes or local notebooks, just install Evernote & sync.

If you have local notebooks and/or a very large database, you should search the board on backup/restore. This has been discussed a lot already. Basically, you make a copy of your exb file, install EN on the new computer, rename the newly created exb file on the new computer/installation & copy the old/original one onto new computer.
