Capture with pointer visible

I’m trying to capture a part of a screen and want to show the pointer in the capture. When I choose to capture part of the screen the pointer disappears. In Snap Z there is an option to see the pointer or make it invisible but I have been unable to find a similar feature in Skitch. I’m guessing that I’m just missing something.

Unfortunately we don't have that, feature, but we'll add it to our feature backlog for future consideration.

@Joe where is this in the roadmap? I use Skitch to build customer tutorials and the missing cursor is incredibly inconvenient. Seems like the ability to take a picture of my screen exactly as I see it what Skitch screensnap should do.

What is status of this one? Skitch is really great tool and this is the only thing it is still missing

This used to work in the old skitch, if you did a timed snap then the mouse cursor was also snapped. 

 

Please, Please, Please, put this functionality back!

Sorry to interrupt but save your time, skitch is worthless. Can not believe this is the best Evernote can do. Actually it is scary how totally worthless skitch is, not to mention the annotation looks like the handwriting of a 9th grade girl.
