Sobean 0
Hello all. First time poster on this forum.I am suddenly experiencing a crash of the Evernote Add-in when I start up Outlook 2010. I haven't done anything new to my computer. I have done a search through the Internet but I haven't come across anything from anyone that is on point for this error in 2010. I also tried the knowledge base but I couldn't find anything. From what I did see in my search, some people have reported that for other versions of Outlook, disabling removing, reinstalling, etc hasn't seemed to work. So before I get too crazy and going to the extreme of messing with the registry, I am hoping that someone can shed some light on this.Thank you, SobeanHere is the event viewer information (PC name has been changed to xxxxxxxx): - System - Provider [ Name] Microsoft Office 14 - EventID 2000 [ Qualifiers] 0 Level 2 Task 0 Keywords 0x80000000000000 - TimeCreated [ SystemTime] 2013-01-29T15:04:40.000000000Z EventRecordID 20350 Channel Application Computer xxxxxxxx Security - EventData Microsoft Outlook Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'evernote.outlook' add-in. john norman 0
There is possibility of architecture difference between PST file and Outlook on which the file is imported. Like may be the PST file belongs to 32 bit Outlook and Outlook which is importing the file is of 64 bit or vice-verse. Got the detail here http://www.scanpstoutlook2007.com Link to comment
