re-peter 13 0 Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 The OCR in EN worked perfectly yesterday, the first day I was aware of it. Today, same scanner, same process, simple text documents and I have not been able to have any of the 5 documents I scaned this morning to be searachable. I also attempted some handwritten characters. Any sugestions? I do not have the Premium yet, is that a factor?Thank you. Link to comment
BurgersNFries 2,407 Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 The OCR'ing occurs on the EN servers. So you have to sync the items up. Wait. Sync down. Premium users get OCR'd first & free users get OCR'd after that. Turn around time may typically be a few hours. Longer, if the queue is very long. Link to comment
