(Archived) Updating premium account with promotional code

Hi,

I was one of the first to purchase the moleskin evernote notebooks and receive a premium subscription code. I used one of them, but recently had it run out. I have a second one that I would like to use, however, I can not find a place to enter the code. Any suggestions?
