I gave my wife my old iPad and she subsequently deleted the Penultimate app (and all of its data). My bad, I know, but does anyone know if it is possible to recover those folders? I back up our iPads via iTunes to our iMac, not the cloud. Thanks in advance for any help. Link to comment

I'd check other forums (maybe Macrumors) for how to recover data. My guess is that you will have to restore your entire iPad from the backup in order to retrieve the information. Link to comment
