(Archived) All attachments lost after copying notes (attachments don't sync between folders or computers)

Hey Evernote Team,

We started to use Evernote Business to share resources across teams.

We created notes which have several images attached.

When we copy the note to another notebook(Private to Business, same account) we loose all content!

The notes don't have any content (only show a cover image)

On the webapp the content doesn't show either (in the note's details it shows 7MB)

but the content area is empty and stays empty after minutes.

How can we make it work?

This is the core reason we choose to use Evernote Business.

You need to raise a ticket to deal with this.

As a matter of interest, if you move the note back do the images return?

Hi Christian,

I would also recommend that you create a support ticket for this as well.

I just tested copying notes with images within them from personal to business notebooks on both the Mac and Windows clients and was able to copy the notes with the images included.
