(Archived) How to best avoid duplicates in shared business notebooks?

Hi Andreas,

Not really sure what you mean by this.

Are you currently experiencing automatic duplication?

If so this is probably worth reporting to support.

Are you concerned that employees may use the same name for a notebook?

Possible way round this would be each employee should add their initials to a notebook when they create it. Or a specific individual should be the only person to create a notebook. I am sure there are more ideas.

Or something else?
