(Archived) PDF files being converted to multiple notes with JPGs in Evernote

I just upgraded to Premium and my Evernote has started behaving differently when I scan from my Fujitsu S1500 to Evernote.

Previously, the S1500 would scan to a single PDF then Evernote would create a note with the same PDF attached. Perfect behavior.

Once I upgrade to Premium, Evernote's behavior changed. The S1500 still scans to a single PDF, but now Evernote creates one note per page and converts the each page into an individual .jpg with a corresponding note.

Any suggestions?
