(Archived) REQUEST: Recent notebooks in sidebar

I know one can have the list of all notebooks in the sidebar, but it would be helpful to allow the ability to display the last few recent notebooks. This would reduce clutter by allowing the user to suppress the list of all notebooks.

Several users find the best way to reduce clutter is to minimize the number of notebooks. By using broad subjects for notebooks (Work, Leisure, Finance, Home for example) and then let Evernote do the heavy lifting with searches and tags.

Thanks. I forget that searches work so well. Even in Apple Mail I probably have more folders than I need...and in Mail, I usually do use the search rather than look through folders!
