How can I link my android phone Evernote app to my apple iPad Evernote app? I don't see anything in the settings on either device... Help! Thanks

Evernote is a cloud service. It does not link or sync from one device/computer to another. You set up your iPad to sync to your Evernote account & your Android phone to sync to your Evernote account. The web client (www.evernote.com - "web sign in" in the upper right corner) accesses the Evernote servers/aka "cloud" - the source of all truths.) When moving between computers/devices, it's important to fully understand how EN syncs.
