Clark 0
When I enter SFTP credentials into Skitch at Preferences-->Sharing that are identical to a working bookmark in the Transmit SFTP client, I get the following error in Skitch when I try to upload an image: Upload failed: No such file or directory (2/-31) Ideas? Joe Lopez 108
@Clark - We have found in our testing that SFTP can be finicky. Some users have had success by using a specific directory path rather than root. Please give that a shot and if that doesn't work please send me a private message with any details you have on the SFTP server (software, version, etc) so we can try and see if there is a fix. Clark 0
I got it working. The key was to put a tilde as the first character of the directory: ~/whatever.net/images/Thanks for the suggestion. Link to comment
sgtFloyd 0
I got it working by using ~/whatever.net/images as the directory name, and unchecking Unique filenames Link to comment
ixley 0
Same fix for me. I'm guessing the fact that Skitch doesn't copy the unique string part of the filename to the clipboard URL is a bug. Link to comment
Joe Lopez 108
Hey all, we fixed the Unique Filenames bug in the 2.0.4 build. You can find this at: www.evernote.com/skitch if you wish to download and install today. If you want to wait till the Mac App Store has it available you will need to wait a little bit longer while the app winds its way through the Apple review process. Link to comment
