(Archived) Option to set default date of notes?

It's difficult to use Penultimate as a work journal since I have to write in the date everytime I enter a new note. It seems odd to me that when notes are exported to Evernote, the notes have the date they are created in Evernote instead of the date when the note was created in Penultimate. Seems this is either a bug or the integration is still not quite there yet.
