Something is not quite right here!

I want the Business version for two people but I am being billed for 5?

Are you saying that I can only have a 5 user licence and yet conversations about people using the business functions and working alone seem to indicate they will only be billed for 1 user!

Would like to get this sorted as soon as possible as it is not worth me having a 5 user licence at this stage.

You should open a support case - part of Business is dedicated support and this is a user forum so we can't fix billing issues.

If you choose invoice billing there is a minimum of 5 seats to cover overhead associated with manual processing of invoices etc.

If you choose credit card payments there is no minimum.

Thanks for that, it makes a lot of sense. Pity it was not explained. Best I send another email off so they can change it and put us down as CC payment.

I have received two emails yesterday saying this is being looked into and that I should only be invoiced for 2 users.

Now this morning I have been invoiced for 5 users!

Hopefully Evernote will get it sorted before they send the heavies in!!
