Level 5* GrumpyMonkey 4,319 Posted December 10, 2012 Level 5* Share Posted December 10, 2012 Hi. Welcome to the forums. There has been so much written about tracking things. I wouldn't know where to start. Did you do a search? Here's one. I've even got a related template on my site. http://www.princeton.edu/~cmayo/template.html If you did a search and could not find the answers, could you be more specific about your question? Anyhow, good luck with the fitness regimen! Link to comment
tytbody 0
Thank you very much grumpy monkey. I wouldn't know which words to put in a search. I do so much appreciate the help. I'm very new to Evernote. I don't even know how to use it so I appreciate the direction. Link to comment
Level 5* GrumpyMonkey 4,319 Posted December 10, 2012 Level 5* Share Posted December 10, 2012 No worries. Some of the words in that thread should help. "Fitness," "tracking," "journal," "diary," and combinations of words like this with words in the threads you find will turn up rich treasure troves of information the likes of which even Smaug himself would envy. Well, maybe not that much Link to comment

JillLoftus 0
I add strength training as a cardio, but I feel that the estimate is really... really high. As far as calories burned during lifting, I'm on the verge of picking up a HRM to get a much closer estimate. Link to comment
