(Archived) Keyboard shortcuts for text editing

I found the manual for EN2.2, which lists keyboard shortcuts, e.g. for bulleted lists, but many formatting shortcuts don't seem to work in the Mac OS version. E.g. Ctrl-M for indent. (Even when I substitute Cmd for Ctrl.) Am I missing something?

Is there a manual for 3.0 or for the Mac edition?

We don't have a stand-alone manual for the Mac client, but the shortcuts are listed in the menu next to each menu item.
