My iPod was stolen, so I need a new phone. I have Evernote on my PC and backed up on iCloud.

If I got an Android-based phone, would all my Evernote files transfer to the Android from my PC?

If you *sync'd* all your notes from your iPhone to the EN cloud, then those notes will be accessible from an Android phone.
