(Archived) Mail pictures from phone, wrong order

Hi!

When I mail pictures from my iphone (via gmail) to my evernote account the order is changed. It looks like it sorts after size? Can I change this? The order is right in my mail view, but not when I sync in Evernote.

These are separate pictures generating separate notes? Generally sort order can be modified by the particular Evernote client (Windows, Mac, iOS, etc.) you are using.

Problem is that evernote sort alphabetical inside a note. 11 is after 1.

So you are saying that you are sending one email with a bunch of pictures in it, and Evernote somehow sorts them when the note is created?

Evernte does not sort note content once the note is created. You should be able to move photos around in the note by yourself, using one of the Evernote desktop clients (Windows, Mac) or the web client.

Yes, my outgoing gmail has different order than the note created in evernote. So Evernote does something, for sure. Yes I can kind of do it manually in evernote, but I just wanted an option to avoid different order.

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that one. It may be how GMail presents the attachments to the receiver, I'm just not sure.

Ok, I hope Evernote in the future will let me mark more than one picture when adding directly in evernote. Now I have to pick ine, add, and pick one more.
