(Archived) Have no Evernote since upgrading to version 5 for Mac

I upgraded to Evernote 5 as prompted and although it appears to install and open I have no notes, no ability to create new notes and virtually nothing else.

I have deleted and re-installed three times - each time with the same outcome.

Am I doing something stupid?

I can't believe I am having to waste so much time on this.

Thankfully I can access notes through the web version but losing faith, very rapidly.

There's clearly something strange going on, you should open a support ticket.

Customer support have resolved this for me which is much appreciated.

The process was to completely uninstall all traces of Evernote, re-download and open from within applications. This time it worked straight away.
