I just upgraded from version 1 to 2.0.2 sketch. I have a premium account. Synch from skitch to evernote is failing with a synch error. An error is shown in the log 'The title is invalid'.

Yes. I've tried reinstalling, removing all skitch files in /Library /Users/{users}/Library with no effect. I also tried with a fresh account, same issue.

Are there any other preferences or application dependencies I can try to reinstall, like for WebKit, Finder or something?

This may be related, drag/drop skitch files to the tray doesn't work. I don't normally use that feature so I may not be using it correctly.

Is this possibly related

I've found the root cause and a work around. Apparently the synch code makes some assumptions about date format localization when forming a default note title that causes a format error on synch if these assumptions are violated.

This is what I had for 'Language & Text', Region. Note the customization for date format.

When I changed this to the default format, the errors ceased.

The error isn't really the date format itself. There's a character gremlin in the last position of the note title when I use my custom date format. If you edit the title and remove that invisible last character in the title, the error does not occur.

Let me know if you can now readily replicate this error.

louispringer's analysis makes sense to me - I've been battling with this issue since the Evernote sync has been introduced. I live in South Africa and my Region settings are customised for local standards, which is in line with louspringer's analysis.
