(Archived) Hiding toolbar breaks search

If I hide the toolbar on the 5.0 main window (because I'm on a small screen and trying to maximize space for notes) I can no longer search, because the search control is only available on the toolbar. Neither Find > Search Notes… from the menu of the keyboard shortcut have any visible effect when the toolbar is hidden.

Any response from Evernote? I too, am not seeing any way of searching without the toolbar. Seems like a drastic oversight by Evernote.

If I am not mistaken, we had a similar issue last version. I seem to recall a shortcut key or some other thing that would get it back. I had trouble with the workflow and remember abandoning the hide toolbar idea.
