Level 5 jbenson2 2,149 Posted November 14, 2012 Level 5 Share Posted November 14, 2012 That's a great question. Hints are not very safe in today's world of social websites. A lot of personal info can be gleaned from Facebook, Flickr, LinkedIn and similar sites. So I have been changing my hint questions to actual full blown passswords (long random string of characters) and storing it in my LastPass password manager. If I have to have to use the hint system, I will not have an easy answer to questions like "What was the color of your first car?" or "What was the name of your High School?"I recently changed the Hints for my bank account and was surprised how difficult it was. I had to first talk to the bank manager who then had the security team cancel my original hints and allow me to enter a new ones.I hope Evernote has an easier method. Link to comment
