If you hide (cmd+h) Evernote 5 beta app and then hit the 'Find in Evernote' shortcut (shift+cmd+e) another instance of the main Evernote window will appear. You can do this multiple times and new instances will keep appearing. This didn't happen on the older version.

I hope this was not an intended feature.
