ruudhuigsloot 0
I must be overlooking something.I'm using v1,5 on an iPhone. The problem I have is that only a small part of the text of all my notes is visible in Evernote on my iPhone. No matter how long my notes are, I only see 2, 3,4 or 5 lines. Any clue? Link to comment
engberg 89
What network carrier are you using for your phone?Do you get different behavior from a WiFi network? Link to comment
ruudhuigsloot 0
Hi Dave. I'm using T-Mobile in the Netherlands. Interesting...just tested over WiFi and all seems to be okay. What's the issue here? Link to comment
engberg 89
We're not sure. It seems that there are European networks that use proxies with the iPhone, and this seems to throw off our network access at times. We thought we fixed this with the latest release, but it appears that we may have missed something. Link to comment
ruudhuigsloot 0
Strange. I'm syncing something like 9 notes on a 3G network. Very little data and time to process. Should not be an issue. If you need help in testing some scenario's, please let me know. Would be glad to help since I think your app is great. Let me know. Link to comment
engberg 89
Thanks, we may take you up on this.It doesn't appear that this is directly related to the absolute quantity of data, but rather how it is represented and exchanged between the phone and the network provider. Thanks for your patience. jassy 0
I'd be happy to help too - I'm on O2 in the UK and I see the same truncating of notes when using cellular data, but not when I'm at home (using my home wifi network).Jas Link to comment
