gentzkow 0
I currently use OneNote in a research environment and have been considering switching to Evernote. The big stumbling block for the moment seems to be that Evernote is not set up to allow collaborative creation and editing of notes by multiple users.I realize there have been a couple of posts about this already. Two quick questions: (1) Do people have experience sharing a notebook by just having multiple users log in to the same account? How robust is the sync algorithm to multiple users editing the same file at the same time? (2) Any update on when true multi-user capabilities will be added? Link to comment
engberg 89
If two people use the same account, synchronization will work pretty well if people are editing different notes, but you may get into trouble if two people edit the same note between synchronizations. Link to comment
