(Archived) Moleskine for Evernote

I just purchased the Moleskine notebook for use with Evernote but can't seem to figure out how to get the handwritten notes into Evernote. The documentation slim though it is, mentions taking a photo of any page with "Evernote's Page Camera feature". No where can I find any reference to the Evernote Page Camera Feature. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this working?

I noticed, when I was experimenting with this Moleskine notebook, that about half the time (maybe more) I'm getting the area around my notebook in the scan, even though I'm studiously making the notebook page fill up the entire rectangle in the middle of the frame. Is that some kind of bug?
