(Archived) Transferring a notebook from one user to another?

Hi

I want to change my user name on one notebook(the one I use to login in EN) and create and another one. Notebooks are tied to user names even if I want to use it offline? How can I change a username on a notebook?

From either the Windows or Mac desktop clients, right-click on the notebook and then Export it to an Evernote export file (*.enex).

Then use the Import function on a different account to import those notes.
