(Archived) ScanSnap And Multiple User Accounts

I am contemplating purchasing a ScanSnap scanner and I am trying to determine whether it is possible to use one scanner (and one computer) to add documents to more than one Evernote user's account. In other words, where I want to scan a document to my account, and another document to my wife's account. Is this possible?

I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like with my S1300 when I choose Evernote as the destination it just goes into whatever account happens to be open, so it technically should be possible.
