(Archived) Exported audio not playing in Chrome

I created an audio note on my android and sent it to EN. From my desktop app I saved the file as an html to my desktop. The note contained a picture, one line of text and an audio recording.

If I open the saved file I can view all of the info, except there is no graphic where the audio file should be. The mouse pointer does change when you rollover the space, if I click the mouse another web page opens with a bunch of code on it. This happens in Chrome

If I use IE everything is the same except the audio file plays!

Can anyone help?
