When I upgraded Skitch, I lost the icon in my menubar, how do I get it back?

It used to allow me to add it under preferences or options, but I don't even see where I can do that anymore. I don't want Skitch in my dock on my mac, I want it on my menu bar, can someone please help? Thank you.

Version 2 doesn't currently support this. If you want you can go back to the previous version which can be downloaded from evernote.com/skitch.

I have the exact same issue. This seems to be a step backwards. I hope they get this fixed soon.
