(Archived) Evernote freezes

Hey,

I'm a free Evernote user, having it installed on my all devices on various platforms. Recently bought myself a new MBP 15'', with Mountain Lion installed. After installing Evernote each attempt to save a note (regardless if it's an old or new one) or sync'ing with the server takes a loooong time - during which the entire app freezes (is completely unresponsive, cursor spins when hovered) for 30+ seconds. Also, if it's worth mentioning, there are no thumbnails generated for the new notes.

Here is an excerpt from my logs:

How can I make this working?

I've been seeing the same thing. I've used Evernote for a long time, and it's a great product. But I've just realised that their support is dreadful. Their email replies are slow and the person dealing with me hasn't read what I've written.

I hope you have better look than me. Very disappointed.

@Dave - have still the same issue after upgrading Evernote to version 5...
