(Archived) how to turn off left-right scrolling?

I have published a note to the Internet. I can't read it because it is set up to scroll left to right but I can only access that scroll bar by going to the bottom of the page! What am I missing?

I'm guessing you copied the content from another document which was set up with some coding that governs the page width or the text width which has confused the html layout.

As a test, try setting up another note with the first paragraph or two of text, but run that through a text only editor first to strip out current formatting and add the layout back using Evernote's editing tools.

You should get something that looks similar to the Forum pages, with text running across the page and wrapping where necessary.

If that's the problem you can maybe remove some codes with Search and Replace in a word-processor, save the whole thing as text, or save it as a PDF file.

Thank you gazumped, that was really helpful. I accessed my Evernote account online (I usually work offline). I chose "edit" and select all. Then I clicked an icon "remove formatting". I didn't see that before. It worked.
