(Archived) Slow and laggy scrolling of notes on tablet

Problem: Scrolling of notes in the notes view (i.e., of a single note) is very slow and laggy. This is true both in landscape and in vertical mode. Scolling in other applications is much faster.

Interestingly, evernote note scrolling on my Android phone (DesireZ) is much faster and more responsive.
