(Archived) After launching Evernote in 10.8.1 the menubar icon flashes and AppSandboxSMLoginItemEnabler hit cpu hard

Evernote steals keyboard focus from any program and pops to top of z-index.

After looking into the logs I see this constantly occuring 8-10 times per second as long as Evernote is running:

9/26/12 11:26:49.188 AM com.apple.AppSandboxSMLoginItemEnabler[6692]: FAILURE: Job com.evernote.EvernoteHelper is not loaded in launchd.

Any ideas?

Sorry you're having issues. You may be running conflicting versions of Evernote. We offer both a direct download and an App Store version. When both are installed at some point on the same machine, the menu bar Helper will sometimes flicker.

If you're seeing this, it might be worth uninstalling completely and reinstalling Evernote. I recommend using our direct download version from here: http://evernote.com/evernote/index.php?file=EvernoteMac

Well, I spoke too soon. I removed the app, rebooted and reinstalled. Things worked great. Now the same issue has come back after I restarted Evernote. Ever hear about this problem recurring like that?
